Getting Started!
1 Gathering Your History
Your Foundational Sessions will be a gathering of your health history, and the significant childhood illnesses and events that shaped your life. We will investigate how past illness, trauma, accidents, losses, as well as triumphs and joys contributed to where you are today with your health and lifestyle habits. Often times the symptoms and challenges that you face today have been built over your life time.
2 Realizing Your Goals
Where is your life headed? Are you going in the direction that inspires you? Are you content with how much energy you have? Are you managing stress well? Are you sleeping deeply and waking feeling rested? Do you have pain and stiffness? How is your mental, physical and emotional health affecting your day to day life?
3 Building A Plan
When we discover your history, and find your character strengths, we will build a plan that is personalized for you. We will play on your strengths to neutralize your obstacles.

Support and Inspiration
The human experience is complex. It takes years to slip into the places we’d rather not be. All aspects of being human will be supported in your Functional Medicine Restoration Project. Your Body, Mind, and Spirit can be met, nurtured and transformed. Here are a few additional services I offer to support your return to health:
1 Pantry Make Overs
Are there foods in your kitchen that are tempting you into a slide-back? Lets remove them, organize your cooking space and make it easier for you to stick to your new plan! I will come with boxes to take the old food away in. Additional organizing may take a second trip but we will get you ready to start your new plan. You will also receive shopping lists, recipes and support to get you started.
Pantry Make over: $50.00 per hour
2 Exercise Buddy
If we live near each other, I can meet you in the park, at the gym or in your neighborhood. We can find some hills to walk up, or hit the grass for some core work and stretching. A bike ride maybe? Personalized yoga class? If we don’t live near each other, no worries there are lots of other ways.
Exercise Buddy: $50.00 per hour
3 Meditation Coaching
Think you can’t meditate? Through Heart Centered Meditation Techniques you may find it far easier than you once thought. We can tack on a 15 minute meditation after an exercise session, or coaching session, or we can focus totally on calming your nervous system for a full hour. Breath work, mantra and gentle yoga, are all in my tool box for you, and I’d love to help you with this. Group sessions also available! Meditation Coaching Sliding Scale depending on needs: $25.00-50.00 per hour
